About the Author

A graduate of the Rose Bruford College of Speech and Drama, I spent 25 years as a professional actor working in TV, radio, film, and was a member of the Royal Shakespeare Company and of the Royal National Theatre. As a director of the video production company Illuminated Word, I’ve developed, shot and edited over 50 corporate videos, working with plcs, charities and major companies. Latterly I have been a documentary producer in my own right, making special interest documentaries for video and DVD. My last project was a unique film about the ancient monuments of the British Isles; “Standing with Stones”. (See www.standingwithstones.com and the blog:standingstones.tv) I was also associate producer on the documentary “The Man Behind the Da Vinci Code” for Channel 5. I have loved doing the things I have done in my life but none compare to the satisfaction I get from seeing people break through their limiting beliefs, however small, and create new possibilities for themselves and their lives. I do not, nor would any coach, claim to be a perfected human being. Reaching for what is possible for each and every one of us is an ongoing journey. Believe me, you have to have experienced the impact of limiting beliefs yourself in order to assist others in recognising and transcending theirs.
